These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Darshan Hotel & Banquet Hall website and your booking of rooms or banquet facilities at our property in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. By making a booking or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a booking with us — by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Room bookings
Room bookings are confirmed only once accepted by our front desk or reservations team, typically after an advance payment or booking confirmation. Rates quoted are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by us.
3. Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.
4. Identification requirements
In line with local regulations, every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo identity document at check-in. We may be required to record and share these details with local authorities as per applicable law.
5. Banquet & event bookings
- Banquet hall bookings are confirmed on receipt of an advance booking amount, as agreed with our banquet team.
- Final guest count, menu selection and decor requirements should be confirmed with us in advance of the event date, within the timelines communicated by our team.
- Outside caterers and decorators are permitted, subject to prior intimation to our team and compliance with our venue guidelines.
- The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and vendors, and for any damage caused to the property during the event.
- Time slots for events are as agreed at the time of booking; any extension beyond the booked slot may attract additional charges, subject to availability.
6. Guest conduct
We expect all guests and event attendees to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests and the property. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave in cases of unlawful, unsafe or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care of guests and their belongings, but we are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where caused by our proven negligence. Guests and event hosts are advised to safeguard valuables and to arrange appropriate insurance for high-value event equipment or decor brought on-site.
8. Use of this website
